Pontera was founded in 2012 with the mission of empowering US workers to achieve a better retirement.
Our first-of-its-kind platform enables financial advisors to seamlessly manage client 401(k)s and other retirement plan accounts. We’re a rapidly growing team of hundreds of passionate professionals across three continents helping thousands of retirement savers secure a better future.

Centrally located
Our office is situated in the heart of midtown Manhattan, close to key commuter transportation hubs and subway lines, as well as numerous dining, retail, and entertainment options.
Office amenities
Our modern open-space office facilitates easy collaboration and features a fully-stocked kitchen, including cold-brew coffee on tap. We also provide a meal stipend for in-office work days.
The hybrid life
We’re in office Tuesday-Thursday with an option to work from home Mondays and Fridays. We also offer five “work from anywhere” weeks that provide added flexibility during the summer and holiday periods.
