Yoav Zurel
CEO and Board Member
Yoav Zurel is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist serving as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pontera. Under his leadership, Pontera has grown from its roots as FeeX into a mission-driven company backed by top-tier institutional investors, having raised more than $160 million to date, including a $60 million round led by ICONIQ Growth.
Before founding Pontera (originally launched in 2012), Zurel worked as a Support Engineer at Wix from 2010 to 2011, honing both his technical skills and customer-oriented perspective. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Reichman University (formerly IDC Herzliya), where he also participated in the university’s Zell Entrepreneurship Program.
Throughout his tenure at Pontera, Zurel has steered the company through key strategic pivots and growth milestones. Under his stewardship, Pontera evolved from a consumer fee-transparency tool into a robust advisor-centric infrastructure platform that allows advisors to analyze, rebalance, monitor, and report on held-away retirement assets—without handling clients’ credentials. He has cultivated integrations and partnerships across the wealth ecosystem, enabling Pontera to interface with major portfolio management systems and deepen its value to RIAs, broker-dealers, and financial institutions.

Ani Nagendra
Chief Financial Officer
Ani Nagendra has served as Chief Financial Officer at Pontera since 2021, where he leads all aspects of the company’s financial strategy and operations. Prior to Pontera, he was Vice President of Finance at CommonBond, a leading consumer-focused fintech lender, where he helped scale origination volume to more than $4.5 billion. Earlier in his career, Ani worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in New York and in private equity at CDIB Capital in Hong Kong.
He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Dave Goldman
Chief Business Officer
Dave Goldman is the Chief Business Officer at Pontera, where he built and leads the company’s go to market strategy across distribution channels, empowering advisory firms and strategic partners from independent practices to Fortune 100 financial institutions.
With more than 15 years of experience scaling technology and financial services solutions, Dave has played a pivotal role in Pontera’s evolution since joining in 2015. He has spearheaded partnerships that expand advisor capabilities, foster holistic client service, and improve retirement outcomes for investors.
A recognized voice in wealth management, Dave has been featured on leading industry podcasts and named by InvestmentNews as a top financial services industry leader. He has addressed the Department of Labor, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and FINRA on issues shaping the future of retirement advice.
Earlier in his career, Dave was an executive at Google, where he guided Fortune 500 companies on strategies to accelerate growth and digital transformation. He is passionate about building win-win solutions that advance both advisor success and investor financial wellness.

Ali Jawin
Chief Marketing Officer
Ali Jawin is Chief Marketing Officer at Pontera, where she leads global marketing strategy to accelerate growth, deepen customer engagement, and strengthen the company’s brand as the trusted partner for financial advisors and retirement savers.
A seasoned B2B technology marketing executive, Ali brings more than a decade of experience building high-performing teams and transforming marketing organizations into revenue-driving engines. She is recognized for her “data, not drama” approach—bringing clarity, insight, and creativity to complex challenges while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Before joining Pontera, Ali served as SVP of Marketing at Outreach, where she reengineered the company’s demand generation engine, elevated brand visibility, and spearheaded initiatives that exceeded pipeline goals and reduced customer churn. Prior to that, she rose through multiple leadership roles at The RepTrak Company, where she led a successful global rebrand and transformed the business into a scalable SaaS platform.
Ali has been recognized as one of Pavilion’s 50 CMOs to Watch and serves on the Advisory Board of the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. She is also a member of the Forbes Communications Council. She earned her Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of St. Andrews and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Middlebury College.

Kris Cheh Beck
Chief Legal Officer
Kris Cheh Beck oversees legal and compliance, as well as policy and regulatory affairs, at Pontera. She has served in executive roles for multiple venture- and PE-backed companies in diverse business sectors, including online marketplaces, data intelligence, fintech, and regulated financial services.
Prior to Pontera, Kris served as the Chief Legal Officer for United Capital, a registered investment advisor with over $24B in AUM and a fintech division with over $21 Billion in assets under contract. United Capital, including its fintech division, was acquired by Goldman Sachs.
Kris started her career at O'Melveny & Myers, an international law firm, where she advised clients across a wide range of complex transactional matters. Kris’ leadership impact has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She is a proud double-Bruin and served as the Co-Chair of WomenLEAD Board for UCLA Law School.

David Weisz
Chief Product Officer
David Weisz is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Pontera, where he leads the company’s product vision, strategy, and execution. Since co-founding Pontera, David has focused on building technology that empowers financial advisors to securely and effectively manage retirement assets, helping drive the company’s growth into a leading platform for retirement account management.
Prior to co-founding Pontera, David was a participant in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. This highly selective program, known for fostering innovative leaders, equipped him with critical entrepreneurial skills, strategic thinking, and a robust network.
David holds a degree in Computer Science and has dedicated his career to bridging technology and financial services to create tools that expand access and value for advisors and their clients.

Eyal Halahmi
Chief Technology Officer
Eyal Halahmi has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Pontera since 2012. Eyal is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader. He began his career in software management positions at Comverse in 1990 and Jacada in 1994. In 1999, Eyal co-founded HumanClick Ltd, a real-time customer service platform. After successful growth to over 100,000 SMB customers, the company was acquired by LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN), where Eyal assumed the role of CTO for the following 8 years.
By the end of 2009, Eyal had moved on to found TalkAhead and consult Waze (ACQ. Google) and SundaySky, the latter of which recently received $100m in private funding. He operated TalkAhead until joining Pontera.
Eyal holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and now resides in Israel.

Shay Meller
Chief Analysis Operations Officer
Shay Meller is Chief Analysis Operations at Pontera, where he leads a global department across Israel and Poland that powers the company’s ability to deliver precise plan data and seamless rebalance execution for retirement savers.
Since joining Pontera in 2013, Shay has been instrumental in scaling the company’s operational backbone. Over his 13-year tenure, he has built specialized analyst teams that support tens of thousands of retirement plans. His leadership has transformed Analysis Operations into a global function recognized for its rigor, reliability, and innovation.
Partnering closely with Engineering, Shay drives automation and efficiency across Pontera’s platform, ensuring scalability and resilience as the company grows. Known for bridging strategic vision with day-to-day execution, he has developed high-performing international teams that thrive on accountability, precision, and collaboration.
Shay holds dual degrees in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University and resides in Israel.

Vicki Roan
Chief People Officer
Vicki Roan is the Chief People Officer at Pontera, where she has led HR Strategy, People & Workplace Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience since 2021. She brings deep expertise in scaling organizations, having served as VP of People & Operations at Influenster and Stylitics. At both companies, she helped grow headcount significantly, implemented systems and processes to build stable and scalable people operations, and supported multiple rounds of venture funding. Influenster ultimately achieved a successful acquisition by Bazaarvoice, and Stylitics scaled into a leading SaaS company in the retail technology space. She also held leadership roles as Head of Launch at REEF Technology and VP of Operations at Wheels (acquired by Helbiz).
Earlier in her career, Vicki worked in financial services as VP of Interest Rates Sales & Trading at Merrill Lynch and VP of Fixed Income Sales & Trading at Jefferies. She holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Noam Ravid
Chief Information Security Officer
Noam Ravid has served as Chief Information Security Officer at Pontera since 2022, where he leads the company’s global security strategy, governance, and operations. He has embedded a secure-by-design culture across the organization, modernized its architecture with Zero Trust principles, and strengthened software assurance through a secure development lifecycle with independent validation, including Pontera’s first bug bounty program. Under his leadership, Pontera has also advanced its security posture and resilience through enhanced threat detection and response, and achieved international certifications such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018, reinforcing trust with clients and partners.
A cybersecurity executive with more than two decades of experience, Noam has built and scaled security programs across startups, Fortune 500 enterprises, and government organizations. Prior to Pontera, he served as CISO and Vice President of Security Research and Analytics at Rezilion. Earlier, he led security operations and threat intelligence innovation at Citi.
Previously, Noam established and directed Teva Pharmaceuticals’ Global Cyber Defense Center, a centralized hub protecting operations across 80+ countries. There, he applied and expanded his expertise in threat detection and incident response, integrating advanced monitoring, automation, and crisis management practices to improve resilience at scale.
Noam began his career in the Israeli Air Force, where he established and led a pioneering security operations capability that became a foundation for the Air Force’s modern cyber defense practices. He holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University, a B.A. in Business Administration from the College of Management Academic Studies, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is also a member of the Professional Association of CISOs (PAC).

Uri Levine
Chairman
Uri Levine is a passionate entrepreneur, disruptor, and two-time unicorn creator (“Duocorn”). He is the co-founder of Waze, the world’s largest community-based driving and navigation app, which was acquired by Google for $1.1 billion in 2013. He was also the first board member and an early investor in Moovit, the leading public transportation app with more than 750 million users worldwide, acquired by Intel for $1 billion in 2020.
In addition to these landmark successes, Uri co-founded and invested in several high-impact startups, including Pontera (formerly FeeX), the leading fintech platform empowering financial advisors to manage retirement accounts and optimize outcomes for investors. Pontera is recognized as one of the most innovative companies transforming wealth management today.

Yoni Cheifetz
Board Member
Yoni Cheifetz is a partner at Lightspeed, where he leads investments in Israel across sectors including internet, digital media, mobile, communications, software, semiconductors, and cleantech. An entrepreneur at heart, he has co-founded, led, and invested in nearly a dozen software companies, among them Demantra (acquired by Oracle), Agentics (acquired by Mercado), and Traiana (acquired by ICAP).
With more than 15 years of operating experience, Yoni brings a founder’s perspective to investing, valuing qualities such as passion, intelligence, honesty, leadership, and what he calls a “positively crazy” spark in the entrepreneurs he backs.
He began his career in product management and business development at Click Software, after earning a BSc in applied mathematics from Tel Aviv University and an MSc in applied mathematics and computer science from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Outside of work, Yoni prioritizes family life and enjoys kayaking and rowing, which he credits with keeping him calm and grounded in his fast-paced profession.

Yoonkee Sull
Board Member
Yoonkee Sull is a General Partner at ICONIQ Growth. He joined ICONIQ Growth in 2014 and leads the team's fintech and consumer internet efforts. Yoonkee has led investments in Altruist, Coast, Fetch, Groww, Motorway, Pontera, Recharge Payments and Wealthsimple, among others.
Yoonkee also co-led investments in Adyen, Monzo, Wolt, Robinhood, Chime, Automattic, BambooHR, Ramp, Dialpad and others.+
Yoonkee began his career in investment banking at Citigroup in its Technology, Media and Telecom group and received a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis.

Barnaby Grist
Advisor
Barnaby Grist is an experienced advisor to companies and investors in wealth management and wealth technology, with a deep background supporting financial advisors. He currently serves as Director at Sageview Advisory Group and Wealth.com, Board Advisor to Pontera, and Executive Chair at RIA-In-A-Box. His past leadership includes roles with Riskalyze (now Nitrogen), ETF.com, and Bridgeway Capital Management.
Previously, Barnaby was President of Cetera Investment Management and Executive Vice President of Wealth Management and Marketing at Cetera Financial Group. During his tenure, Cetera became the second largest independent broker-dealer in the U.S. and was acquired by a strategic buyer for a 7x return. He led the strategic expansion of wealth management services while overseeing marketing, advisor recruiting, communications, events, and brand.
Alongside his industry roles, Barnaby is committed to social impact. He co-founded Include Capital, served as Director of Three Wheels United, and invests in financial inclusion and women-led businesses in developing countries.
